CAS3 Module removal BMW 1 series E82 (2008-2013)

CAS 3 (Car Access system) module removal.

Upon removal of the module the trunk and doors will no longer be operable using the remove. Please plan accordingly.

We recommend using a ratchetting 10mm wrench to remove the CAS screw #3, as access to this one is very difficult from the top with a socket

Unplug the battery before working on the vehicle.
